This tea boosts your immune system, stimulates the digestive system and soothes your stomach. It keeps you hydrated during the day and can help you unwind before bed. Ginger is a warming digestive herb, a circulatory stimulant, anti-nausea and great source of zinc. DIY Creamy Avocado Face Mask

Welcoming the summer with a DIY nourishing and 100% natural creamy avocado face mask. Avocado are extremely rich in potassium and this face mask will help nourish the skin and maintain its glow and health. Mix: -1 ripe Avocado -1 tspn of Greek Yogurt -1/2 tspn of Lemon Juice Mash your ripe avocado and mix well with a teaspoon of yoghurt and a few drops of lemon juice. Apply the mixture all over your clean face and leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Enjoy!👌🏻
