Sometimes, I wonder how can we maintain (really) a healthy body and mind, while living and working in a toxic city as such. Hard times.. These days we are trying between else the benefits of Oregano in every form. My dad is a ‘herbal lifestyle geek’ and he always comes up with the most exhilarating ideas with regard to new stimulating nutrition options. So, recently we received a package of herbal teas. I must say, oregano tea’s quite spicy for my taste, but my partner loves it.
